Customer Support Shipping & Handling Non-stock items are shipped approximately within 6 to 10 weeks. Stock items are shipped within 7 to 10 business days after receiving confirmation. Custom chandeliers ship within 8 to 12 weeks. Most of our products are shipped by UPS ground service. Larger chandeliers are shipped by freight companies. All "free shipping" offers are only good for merchandise that can be shipped by UPS Ground service. Free shipping applies to orders for $75 or more, when applicable. All other UPS and trucking services are subject to charge. When you receive your merchandise, you should examine the packaging thoroughly. All items ship out from our warehouse location in Miami, FL or from our distribution centers in the country. All delivery and shipping information is approximate. Our company is not responsible for delays due to U.S. Customs delays, Freight company transit delays, delays that occur due to natural disaster issues such as hurricanes or other related factors. Returns & Exchanges We insist on exceptional quality, value and service. We guarantee every item will give you complete satisfaction. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return for full refund of purchase price or exchange a product within 30 days of receiving it. Returned goods must be in their original packing and resalable condition. If damage occurs due to non-sufficient packing refund may not be issued. Original and return shipping charges are non-refundable, except in the case of manufacturer's defects. All returns must have a confirmation from goldenageusa.com before an item is returned. Absolutely no returns or exchanges on custom made chandeliers. (different size, finish, or crystal than shown or described) Cancellation Unshipped items can be cancelled within 7 business days of placing order. Custom chandeliers, made to order chandeliers with a different size, finish or crystal can not be cancelled after 7 business days. Packing & Crating Crystal chandeliers are the most difficult items to ship long distance. Every chandelier is individually packed and crated for safe and secure delivery to your location. Every single piece is bubble wrapped and boxed in corrugated carton boxes. Custom size chandeliers and glass chandeliers such as Bohemian and Baccarat styles are also individually packed piece by piece and placed in wooden crates for breakage free delivery. |
